About Our Owner
I am Deshauntia Benn, an advocate turned entrepreneur.
After years of fighting for racial and social justice in public education, I chose to build something that impacts my community in a different way.
Dimensions was born out of love, loss, and survival. I lost my son in 2018, I survived uterine cancer linked to toxic hair products, and created Dimensions as both a legacy and a safe space for our community.

Dimensions of Thought is our monthly book club rooted in Black intellectual tradition, reflection, and community dialogue.
Our first read is All About Love by bell hooks. Participants read on their own, then gather for facilitated discussion and collective meaning-making.
